When you register, we ask for a color photo of your valid ID.

If you are a French national, you can send us a photo of your national identity card or the inner flap of your passport.
If you are a European citizen, we accept a photo of the double inner flap of your passport.
If you are a non-EU citizen, we ask for a photo of your residence permit. It is also recommended to attach a photo of the double inner flap of your passport (written in French or English).
* IMPORTANT *:
The photo of your ID must be in color, legible, without flash, and your ID in full (the edges must be visible).

If your document is black-and-white, fuzzy, or cropped, it will be rejected and you will not be able to access your account features until a new document is uploaded.

If it turns out that a document is modified by you or a third party, we inform you that our partner will proceed to the immediate closing of your account without refund.

French national identity cards issued after 1/01/2004 to adults are valid for 15 years.

For each account opening, Pacific Trust Capital is required to collect and verify the information.
